Close to Tsukuba ex Asakusa Station. It's only here suddenly but quiet. Side dish black galette and snack white galette that can be eaten with chopsticks, combined with craft ciders from all over Japan. It's like a changing ball, but the taste is serious. It's a bar at night, so I want to try various ciders.

It is a shop of the galette and cider which stuck to oat flour. Stone mills for authentic oat flour in the shop! And there are several kinds of authentic ciders available. The shopkeepers and couples are also nice and very cozy shops!
